The only thing that makes you fat is going over your daily calorie needs. Meaning, you can literally eat whatever and whenever you want, and as long as you don't go over those calories... you wont gain weight. Eating alot of carbs before your workout usually gets you bigger pumps. _________________ facebook fans |
